Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Shoreline Residential Group for using Lottery Tycoon at lotterytycoongame.com and related services.
By creating an account, buying access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What Lottery Tycoon is
Lottery Tycoon is a planning and fantasy tool for imagining what you might do with lottery winnings. It shows estimates for purchases, income, expenses, taxes, and similar planning numbers.
It is not a lottery, casino, sportsbook, or gambling service. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or pay out real jackpots.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lottery Tycoon. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for your email, password, and account activity.
- Keep your login information private.
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- One person should use one account unless we say otherwise.
The Sample Account is a temporary demo. Changes there are discarded when you leave or close the tab and are not saved as a paid cloud account.
4. Payment and access
Some features require paid access. Current options include about $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year (prices may change; the payment screen shows the amount before you pay).
- One-time purchase — access for that period only. It does not auto-renew. When it ends, you can buy again.
- Subscribe (auto-renew) — optional. If you turn this on, billing renews until you unsubscribe.
- Coupons — free or promotional access may be offered with a code. Coupon access is not a paid subscription unless we say otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or stop auto-renew from My Account (Unsubscribe) while a subscription is active.
Refunds: Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with billing, email support@lotterytycoongame.com and we will look into it.
5. Your content
You own the lists, notes, photos, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, sync, back up, and display that content as needed to run Lottery Tycoon.
Do not upload illegal content, content you do not have rights to use, malware, or anything that harms other people or the service.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Break the law or encourage others to break the law
- Try to hack, scrape abusively, overload, or disrupt the service
- Share account access in a way that bypasses payment or security
- Misuse support or coupon systems
- Use the service to harass or harm others
We may suspend or end access if these rules are broken.
7. Estimates are not advice
Numbers in Lottery Tycoon (taxes, insurance, mortgages, rents, returns, and so on) are estimates for entertainment and planning practice. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, tax, legal, investment, or insurance advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making real-world decisions.
8. Service availability
We try to keep Lottery Tycoon available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shoreline Residential Group and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Lottery Tycoon.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for access in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Lottery Tycoon at any time and can unsubscribe from auto-renew in My Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.
After your subscription or paid access ends, we will keep your account data for up to one year so you can re-subscribe or buy access again without starting over. After that year, your account and associated cloud data will be deleted. You can also email support@lotterytycoongame.com to request deletion sooner.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
